The RIAA‘s tendency to sue people based on their IP address would be like Texas giving the registered owner of a gun the lethal injection because their gun was used to kill someone, regardless of if the gun owner fired the gun or not.

I recently made a note of how the UK animé industry was dealt a huge blow when a lot of animé DVDs, and even some masters were destroyed. Now an online rental service has had it’s inventory BBQ‘d.
